"This was actually our second time working with Janet Holt. We initially chose Janet as our realtor when first attempting to sell our home back in 2009 and were impressed at the time with her knowledge and professionalism. Ultimately however we decided to rent out our property rather than keep it on the market, at which point Janet was able to pivot quickly and find us quality tenants.
