I am a professional with over 30 years in mortgage lending, and as such, have experienced every type of market imaginable. It’s solving the puzzle for the client that I truly enjoy. Experienced in all aspects of lending, including Government lending (VA, FHA, and RD), Down-payment assistance programs, and the more complex loans such as Construction-Permanent, piggyback financing, investor & 2nd home purchases. I am also a board member of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program through CVHC.
I earned a Bachelors of Science from the University of Florida in Marketing and on a personal note I am the proud father of three children.
